ECON 376 - Labor Economics Credit(s): 3 Lecture: 3 Non-Lecture: 0 A study of the economic analysis of human resources, and the policy implications of that analysis. Emphasis is given to the theory of labor supply and demand, wage determination, human capital theory, labor market discrimination, the economic impact of unions, poverty, unemployment, and demographic trends in the labor force. Restricted to School of Business majors. Others may seek permission from the School of Business. Offered every other year.
Prerequisite(s): ECON 112 and junior standing.
