MGMT 347 - Special Topics in Personnel and Human Resources

An advanced course on the theory and application of selected personnel topics including wage and salary planning, selection with EEO considerations, health and safety, training and development, performance appraisal, and employee supervision. Students will explore the use and development of management techniques in the various areas of personnel. Ethical considerations will be included. Restricted to School of Business majors. Others may seek permission from the School of Business. Offered when demand is sufficient.
