MGMT 360 - Labor Relations

An in-depth study of labor-management relations, with emphasis on unionized workplace settings in the U.S. economy. Topics include the development of organizational work rules, labor history, labor law, union structure and organization, the process and issues of collective bargaining, and public sector labor relations. Restricted to School of Business majors. Others may seek permission from the School of Business. Offered when demand is sufficient.
