ACCT 603 - Financial Reporting III Credit(s): 3 Lecture: 3 Non-Lecture: 0
The course covers a number of advanced financial accounting topics such as consolidations, derivatives, and pensions. As a graduate level course, we will examine primary sources and relevant accounting research in addition to procedural matters. Students will also be expected to develop material on their own and present it in a concise format to other informed parties. The goal is to provide students with technical information and the ability to synthesize and deliver it to others. Offered in Summer Online
Prerequisite(s): ACCT 602 and graduate student in Accounting MS program.
