AMST 395 - Internship in American Studies Credit(s): As arranged Course Description: A one-semester experience as an intern in a museum, library, or other institution concerned with American Studies, working closely with a supervisor from that institution and a faculty advisor in developing and implementing a project tailored to the student’s interest and the institution’s facilities. To count for Integrative and Applied Learning, internships will include reflective writing. A maximum of fifteen credits of internship may be counted toward a baccalaureate degree; a maximum of six credits may count toward a major; departments may set their own limits up to six credits.
Prerequisite(s): Permission of instructor
