ACCT 495 - Internship in Accounting Credit(s): As arranged Lecture: As arranged Non-Lecture: As arranged
Course Description: The internship will provide students with practical experience working in one of a wide range of private or public sector organizations. Departmental internships will have a set of objectives related to their major, mutually agreed upon by the student, the faculty supervisor, and the participating agency. To count for Integrative and Applied Learning, internships will include reflective writing. A maximum of fifteen credits of internship may be counted toward a baccalaureate degree; a maximum of six credits may count toward a major; departments may set their own limits up to six credits.
