The minor in Biomathematics is designed to provide students with a broad introduction to the applications of mathematics in modern biology. Combining a background in biology with a background in mathematics, students completing a minor in biomathematics will be wellprepared to understand and contribute to current research questions in the field, ranging from molecular to population studies using both continuous and discrete modeling approaches.
