PLSC 319 - Constitutional Rights and Liberties Credit(s): 3 Lecture: 3 Non-Lecture: 0 A study of the nature and scope of American constitutional rights and liberties, their development, their limits, and the issues and problems surrounding their application. Particular attention is given to due process of law, equal protection of the laws, rights of the accused, and the First Amendment freedoms. Offered once yearly.
