BIOL 354 - Developmental Biology Credit(s): 4 Lecture: 3 Non-Lecture: 3 An introduction to the principles and concepts of metabolism, growth, morphogenesis and differentiation in developing systems. In the laboratory students will make observations of, and perform experiments on, a variety of developing systems, both plant and animal, demonstrating a number of fundamental events of development. Restricted to Majors. Offered every spring.
Prerequisite(s): BIOL 300 and (BIOL 204 or BIOL 216 or BIOL 223 or BIOL 301 or CHEM 301 ).
