CHEM 340 - Modern Analytical Chemistry Credit(s): 3 Lecture: 3 Non-Lecture: 0 A course to familiarize students with the theory of analytical chemistry. Particular emphasis is given to the use of instrumental methods for quantitative analysis. Topics include calibration methods, error analysis, electroanalytical chemistry, optical and mass spectroscopy, and separation methods. Offered every semester.
Prerequisite(s): CHEM 213 or CHEM 224 and CHEM 216 .
