COMN 211 - Discussion and Group Dynamics Credit(s): 3 Lecture: 3 Non-Lecture: 0 This course provides students with theoretical knowledge of small group interaction and decision-making and the opportunity to practice skills that can be applied in small group situations. Group activities and projects promote experimental learning in topic areas such as leadership, cohesion, commitment, deviance, conformity, decision-making, and task functions. Critical evaluation of group processes occurs throughout the semester. Offered every year.
