GEOG 397 - Teaching Practicum in Geography Credit(s): 3 Lecture: 3 Non-Lecture: 0 This course offers practical teaching experience in undergraduate Geography, as practicum students work closely with a supervising professor for a specified course in Geography. Responsibilities may include assisting in preparation and presentation of lectures and labs, holding office hours and review sessions with students, helping to prepare exams and assignments, and providing evaluative feedback to students. Restricted to Geography majors. Offered by individual arrangement.
Prerequisite(s): Junior or senior standing, or permission of instructor.
