Credit(s): 3 Lecture: 3 Non-Lecture: 0 A study of public revenue and expenditures at the local, state, and federal government levels. Emphasis is given to principles of taxation, tax systems, budgeting theory and procedure, intergovernmental fiscal relations, and debt management.
