Credit(s): 3 Lecture: 3 Non-Lecture: 0 A study of economic theory and public policies as applied to environmental problems. Emphasis is given to the role of market failure in explaining the existence of pollution, to alternative strategies for pollution control and environmental management, and to problems associated with growth.
Prerequisite(s): ECON 110 and junior standing. Offered: Every other year Restricted to: School of Business majors. Others may seek permission from the School of Business.
