MGMT 263 - Business Law I 2019-2020 Catalog Year
Credit(s): 3 Lecture: 3 Non-Lecture: 0 A study of aspects of American law pertaining to business activity. Emphasis is given to the legal and social environments, the development of administrative and employment law, government regulations, contracts and UCC, agency, and business entities. Ethical considerations in these areas will be discussed throughout the course.
Prerequisite(s): Sophomore standing.
