Topics include the consumer behavioral foundations of marketing communications, sales management and personal selling, advertising, sales promotion, public relations, publicity, and the role of integrated marketing communications in marketing management and total quality management.

Prerequisite(s): Proficiency in Basic Requirements and MKTG 331
