PLSC 357 - Gender and Law 2020-2021 Catalog Year
Credit(s): 3 Lecture: 3 Non-Lecture: 0 This course will explore American, foreign, and international gender law, introducing students to feminist legal theories and methods, as well as an array of substantive issues relevant to gender studies. Through discussion of case, statutory, constitutional, and treaty law, students will develop skills in analysis and argumentation, along with an understanding of social justice, equality issues, and principles of non-discrimination.
