The course is designed to help students further their understandings as well as applications of strategic communication management. It is project-oriented, and often the project focuses addressing actual communication needs and/or desires from an actual client. The project provides an opportunity for students to apply their knowledge of strategic communication management. Further, through their application and practices, the course helps students strengthen their understanding of strategic communication management. The course can benefit students who are planning careers in strategic communication as well as in other areas that require or desire an understanding of strategic communication.
